Winter Formal Dance Portraits {Chandler Airport}

I went to a total of four dances when I was in high school and only two of those were at my own school.  Prom was a big deal, but that was it.  My son’s school has four dances every year and the protocols involved with each are mind blowing.  Some are guys ask girls and some are girls ask guys.  The asking process must include a poster with a pun.  The answering process must also include a poster with a pun.  The most important part of the entire dance experience is the photo shoot before the dance.  After the dance, everyone will post on Instagram that the dance was epic thanks to their amazing date and “the best group, ever.”  It’s what they do. I’m not here to question their traditions.  I’m just here to take awesome pictures of them.

My son’s Winter Formal group wanted to do their photo shoot at an airplane hangar.  The ladies at Chandler Air Service were happy to help and the weather cooperated, too!  I loved helping these kids look classy and they were excited to share that they had the best time with the best group!
